Open a private browser session

With SOS Web Protection installed, the extension can open a real browser incognito/private window after you allow the extension to run in private mode.

Private browsing mainly limits traces on this device. VPN/DNS are separate network protections.

Anti-tracking & anti-profiling

SOS blocks known advertising/analytics domains, strips common tracking parameters, enables Do Not Track where supported, reduces WebRTC IP exposure and disables selected browser prediction/auditing settings when the browser permits it.

Panic clean

The browser extension includes a local “Clear this site” action that removes cookies and site storage for the current origin when the browser API permits it. It does not delete unrelated sites.

Your saved passwords are not deleted by SOS Panic Clean.

Before you send data

Data Guard can warn about sensitive forms and cross-site transfers, while the website tool can anonymise common personal-data patterns locally.
