Account and devices

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for using SOS only on devices and accounts you are authorised to manage. Plan device/member limits apply.

Acceptable use

Do not use SOS services to interfere with third-party systems, evade lawful restrictions, distribute malware or access data without authorisation.

Platform limits

Capabilities differ by operating system. SOS describes the controls it can actually verify or enforce and does not claim Windows-style antivirus capabilities on platforms that do not expose them.
